The first call was disconnected by itself. Then I tried several times, no one picked up phones

Verified Reviewer |No help and it seems that in the middle of my conversation, we get disconnected for no reason. I accidentally gave out my full card number.
I called because I could not login and I did not have my card number. I didnt realize that Im going to a third-party.
I just want to reach priority pass.
I ended up finding my number and giving my phone number out when I realize that your statement at the beginning on the phone says not to give it out. I called back and I still dont get help and I get a quiet tone with no one speakingne

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Yet another phone call! They will reissue another voucher though not easy!
I was then cut off and also on my second call. The person who I spoke to on my third attempt said I was not allowed to use the complimentary visits after 12/03/25. I find this very upsetting as its not my fault Ive been ill and had major surgery!
I explained I would be able to use them later in March but you obviously have no sympathy! Judith Wilkinson Please reply asap.
Refused entry at Vancouver airport reason priority given to Business class n First class
Hi - I am a resident of Dubai and traveling to Dubai from Vancouver Airport. Due to long flight I have come in early to the airport so that I can use the Priority pass for my family (2 adults n 2 kids).
I was as Skyteam Lounge and was refused entry as the priority was given to First n Business class passengers. I called your customer service to inform them about the same and was told that the airlines would have booked the lounge for their first and business class passengers. I was surprised to get this response especially when Priority pass is charging for an annual fee and we as members are denied access to a lounge.
I would have accepted this if it was a short flight but this was prior to a 16hr flight from Vancouver to Dubai. I have been a priority pass member for as long as I can remember but this is not acceptable.

I was not able to get into the lounge in Atlanta on 1/29/2025. I gave my account number, since I never received a new card from you and I could not get into the lounge.
My number is 112264****. I used to have another number, 101171****. I paid with American Express Delta Sky Miles Gold Card in April 2024. I'm not sure, but I would like to use the card while I travel in Europe now.
Please advise what went wrong. Thank you, Heidrun Tommasi.

Problems with access
No help at all - it felt like the person in the other end did not want to solve my problem. So this was not at good experience

Scam business
I cancelled online, yet they still renewed me and charged my credit card TEN DAYS AFTER I CANCELLED
It's impossible to reach them outside USA, UK or Hong Kong unless you are willing to pay long distance call charges and wait online for two hours.
They are truly a scam.. do not use this company. They are totally fraudulent.

Unable to login the account. Forgot the username and password.
Tried to reactivate the account.
Nothing is working. Frustrating
Sitting in an airport and helpless.

It clearly states on the terms for Priority Pass that lounge access is subject to availability. Membership starts at $99 USD to $469 USD.
You pay that once a year. Those first class/business passengers the lounge was rented for paid at least $2000 more for their ticket versus yours.
For just one flight. So don’t begrudge them.
Interesting comment “subject to availability” and allowing other passengers who according to your limited thought process have paid 2000$ more than my ticket - you should google ticket costs of Vancouver to dubai - haha - without knowing the facts you should watch your works. FYI you sound like an extremely well off person with limited knowledge of what’s going on around you or just have extra time to give useless arguments .
